One of the casualties from my recent trip to France was the plastic tamper which came bundled with my espresso machine, so it was off the eBay.co.uk
for a replacement. I found a nice solid aluminium version and duly ordered it from www.wogancoffee.co.uk. It didn’t turn up, I just got a note from the post office saying I had a letter with insufficient postage. Que a trip into town, and £2.50 extra postage. I mentioned this in my ebay feedback (after ticking the ‘good’ box), only to receive an email apology, a free teabag squeezer and a free espresso machine cleaning brush - which I think easily covered the inconvenience! Best customer service I’ve seen all year!
